  • JSU students must first join the Impact Tickets platform using their official student email to purchase a concert ticket. Once the profile has been successfully created, the student will receive the discounted ticket code via their student email. 

  • A limited number of concert tickets will be available in the JSU Campus Bookstore. JSU students must have their student identification to receive a student discounted ticket.

  • ADA: Any patron seeking ADA accommodations must contact the JSU Disability Services Department before the day of the event. The Disability Services may be contacted at 601-979-3704.

  • NO Refunds or Exchanges. All sales are final.

  • We will not honor or replace lost tickets.
