The Southwestern Athletic Conference named Jackson State University\u2019s Ayanna Hardy-Fuller to its Preseason All-Conference second-team on Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n

Hardy-Fuller, a six-feet redshirt junior forward from Chicago, Ill., finished last season ranked second on the team in scoring with 9.1 points per game. She averaged 5.1 rebounds per contest.<\/p>\n

Ayanna dished out nine assists, tallied seven blocks, and registered 16 steals on the seasons, which placed her second on the team. She recorded a .528 field percentage; which ranked her first in the conference and a .510 free throw percentage.<\/p>\n

The Lady Tigers were picked eighth in the conference after completing the season with a 20-28 overall record and a 9-9 conference record.<\/p>\n

Southern University was picked to win the conference; followed by Prairie View A&M University, Texas Southern University, Mississippi Valley State University, Grambling State University, the University of Arkansas Pine-Bluff, and Alabama State University to round out the top seven teams.<\/p>\n
