\u201cLooper,\u201d the futuristic science fiction film starring Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, is a must see for those who are into time travel thrillers.<\/p>\n

\u201cLooper was directed and written by Rian Johnson, who also directed the film \u201cBrick\u201d which also starred Gordon-Levitt, and many other short films. Johnson also directed a 2010 episode of TV show, \u201cBreaking Bad\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cLooper\u201d takes the audience on\u00a0 an action-packed, roller coaster ride. Gordon-Levitt and well-known actor Bruce Willis help to keep the audience enthralled with their stellar performances.<\/p>\n

You may remember Levitt from movies such as \u201cThe Dark Knight Rises\u201d where he played a rookie cop, \u201cInception,\u201d \u201cPremium Rush,\u201d \u201c500 Days of Summer\u201d and\u00a0 \u201c50\/50.\u201d<\/p>\n

Willis is no stranger to action packed futuristic films. Willis, of the \u201cDie Hard\u201d movie series fame, has also displayed his talents in \u201cThe Expendables 2,\u201d \u201cThe Cold Light of Day,\u201d \u201cRed,\u201d \u201cG.I. Joe: Retaliation,\u201d \u201cSin City,\u201d \u201cCop Out,\u201d \u201cThe Fifth Element,\u201d as well as many other great films.<\/p>\n

The plot of the movie centers around Gordon-Levitt\u2019s character who is a Looper.\u00a0 A Looper is a time traveling, contract killer.<\/p>\n

Set in 2044, where time travel is now available but only through the black market, the mob employs Joe to assassinate whoever they want to eliminate.\u00a0 Everything is going smoothly until the mob puts a hit out on the older version of Joe. The movie revolves around this saga and older Joe\u2019s quest to kill a future serial killer.<\/p>\n

According to Boxofficemojo.com, \u201cLooper\u201d debuted at number 2 in its opening weekend earning $20,801,522, losing to the animated \u201cHotel Transylvania.\u201d\u00a0 As of Oct. 21 \u201cLooper \u201chas grossed $57,800,000 domestically and $75,000,000 in foreign markets since its Sept. 28 release.<\/p>\n
