A Day With the Boom

Come out and experience a full day of events with the Sonic Boom of the South! Students will get an opportunity to perform with the Sonic Boom, meet the JSU Band Staff, student leadership, and enjoy good fellowship & networking with students from all over the USA!

Eligibility:

Grades 9 – 12 & Transfer Students

 

Participation Fee:

$30.00 (includes one meal and JSU keepsakes)-

*Free for Rd. 2 incoming JSU Freshmen (you will receive more information on how to attend after March 17th)

 

Registration Deadline:

Friday, March 15, 2024

 
Participant Opportunities:

*Perform this year during a special event! More details forthcoming

*Interact with/learn from our student leadership and JSU Band Staff

*Perform 2-3 tunes with the Sonic Boom! (will receive music after the registration deadline)

*Network with hundreds of high school students from all over the US!

*Auditions are possible (for seniors only)

*Visit food trucks (students will have to bring extra spending money if they are interested in food trucks)

 

Lodging Accommodations (JSU Bands will not provide lodging and meals):

Groups/students usually leave the same day however, for those interested in staying the night, please find a few lodging suggestions below:
