A DAY WITH THE BOOM
General Information
- Date: April 12, 2025
- Location: Athletics and Assembly Center (AAC)- on the campus of JSU
- Eligibility: Grades 9-12 & Transfer Band & Dance Students
- Participation Fee: $10.00 (includes one meal and JSU keepsakes). Students must bring money for lunch (will include concession and food trucks).
- Registration Deadline: March 21, 2025
- Participant Opportunities:
- The event and performance will take place on the campus of JSU
- Interact with/learn from our student leadership and JSU Band Staff
- Perform 2-3 tunes with the Sonic Boom! (You will receive music after the registration deadline)
- Network with hundreds of high school students from all over the US!
- Visit food trucks (students will have to bring spending money for food trucks)
- Basic Schedule (subject to change)
- 9-9:50 am- Registration (please arrive at least 30 minutes early
- 10-Noon- Rehearsal/Sectionals
- LUNCH (students should bring money for lunch)
- 1-4:00 pm- Mass Rehearsal/Cleaning Session
- 5-6:00 pm- Performance (free/open to public)
- Lodging Accommodations (JSU Bands will not provide lodging and meals):
