The Golden Class of 1965 proved it is just as relevant and current today as it was 50 years ago, dropping a sweet check for $100,000 into JSU’s coffers during Homecoming weekend 2015. President Carolyn W. Meyers acknowledged the group’s sacrifice and dedication for making such a significant investment in the university and helping to enable JSU to thrive for the rest of the 21st century.

“Thank you for not just talking the talk but walking the walk,” Meyers said.
